How to Use (Vest):

• Put on like a backpack with the two buckle straps in front and reinforced hanging loop at the top back
• Buckle both closures and tighten as desired for a comfortable fit
• The accessory pouch can be attached to either strap or removed entirely

How to Use (Bangles):

• Strap on the bangles with the wider edge on the inside, against your arm or leg, starting with the Velcro loop flap
• Wrap the bangle around and secure with the underside that has the Velcro hooks
• If the fit is loose, try sliding the weights tightly together before securing

Care Instructions:

Wipe the vest with a clean, damp cloth and allow to air dry. Wipe wrist/ankle weights with a clean, damp cloth after use. Keep away from extreme heat and cold.
